My name is Cara and I have been with Tammera's team for two years as one ofthe Administrative Assistants. The best part of working with Tammera's team is her commitment to helping families. With all of us in the office loving our own families, it is rewarding to help our clients' families and individuals with their whole health in mind.

Outside of professional time, I enjoy snow boarding, swimming, walking our dog and spending good quality time with my family.

Cindy Aldrich:

I'm Cindy and I have been with Tammera for three years as her Personal Assistant. When I'm not at the office, I like to spend time outside with my family at my son's rodeo events. Like the rest of Tammera's team, I also love animals and have three adopted dogs.

Hi, my name is Trisha. I have been with the e-Health By Design team for 5 years as an Administrative Assistant. Outside of working with the e-Health By Design team, I enjoy spending time with my family and racing dirtbikes. I look forward to talking with you soon.

Michelle Turner

Hello! My name is Michelle Turner. I have known Tammera and her team for 2 years and decided to join this dynamic, professional team of women 3 months ago. I truly have the best of both worlds here. I get to help families live a healthier life while maintaining a healthy balance with my personal family.

Outside of the office, I am a mother to 6 children, ranging in ages 5-16 years. Yes, my husband, Jason and I stay very busy. Our favorite things to do are play soccer, read books, chaperone teenagers and offer our 'FREE' taxi service to anyone that needs an 'emergency' shopping trip.
